Anyway let’s get started.
How to Make an Easy Paper Flower
Skill Level – Easy
Time Required – 15 minutes
What you will need
- Colored paper
- Circle punch 1/12in
- Sticky tape
First, cut 16 strips of colored paper to use for the flower petals. For these flowers, the measurement for the strips are 1/3in x 5 3/4in (1cm x 15cm).
Next, you need to put a blob of glue on the end of the strips of paper and join the edges together.
When you have glued all the petals it’s time to start to start assembling your flower. Punch a circle for the centre of the flower. If you don’t have a punch you can either use a small cookie cutter, bottle cap or you could even cut it free hand.
Start glueing the petals to the circle forming a cross.
Then continue to place each petal diagonally from each petal until you have used all the petals.
Once the glue has dried turn the paper flower over and sticky tape a straw to the back of the paper flower and you are finished.
